My wife and I hired Son ‘N’ Father Lancellotti Custom Builder, Inc. for a total and complete renovation of our home. As we brought our home down to the bare bones, it was a very large and complicated project which we’re sure would have been horribly overwhelming if not for Roger Lancellotti. We interviewed several contractors who just didn’t give us the confidence to go with them. Either they were wishy-washy on what needed to be done or their estimates were very non-committal.
When we met with Roger, he explained how he would proceed and a few days later gave us a very detailed and itemized estimate. Roger stayed within its boundaries throughout the project and took the time to explain each step of the process in a clear and easy to understand manner. When unexpected events came up, he conferred with us and made our decision making a much easier process. Our home was completed and we couldn’t be happier. The job was well organized and the work was and is without reproach. We have never hesitated to recommend Son ‘N’ Father to friends in need of work and will continue to do so. |
